As always this house can be built with many different materials, but by designing the house we also had some materials in mind:

• the structure of the house is made out of 10" by 6" H-profile steel beams - this will ensure a solid structure and will also cut down building time
• all the windows - actually 2/3 of your outside walls - could be sliding glass doors - of course they need to be well insulated and of high quality
• the solid outside walls could be out of prefab concrete elements or structural insulated panels (SIB's) or if it has to be standard stick walls
• the floor material could be concrete or marmoleum or a of course a mix of these two materials
• once more the materials above are just suggestions and the end user's input is necessary
