As always this house can be built with many different materials, but by designing the house we also had some materials in mind:

• the outside walls could be made out of insulated pre-fab concrete panels (which would ensure a hurricane safe house and would also cut down building time and last but not least reduce jobsite waste)
• the roof should have a minimal pitch and should be made out of metal
• the windows should be sliding glass doors (with this the user could combine the outside, the inside and the 'inside back-yard' and with this create new rooms
• there should be only one floor material - why not concrete or marmoleum
• the private 'inside back-yard' could either have a concrete floor (just use the existing slab) or a deck made out of recycled material
• once more the materials above are just suggestions and the end user's input is necessary
